Coupons are fine but never a room available and been told that they can accept the coupon even if there was rooms available...

HotelCoupons.com is designed for the hotels who choose to advertise with us to accept the coupons based the anticipated number of rooms the hotel does not expect to fill that particular night at the regular rate. Some hotels reserve a set number of rooms or percentage of rooms for the coupon rate, and once that number is filled they will only honor full rates. Therefore, even though they may have rooms available, they may not have rooms available at the coupon rate. We recommend contacting the hotel in advance, typically within 24 hours of your stay, to check on the availability of the coupon rate and any restrictions on coupon use they may have. App for IPAD doesn't work!
Can't get any hotel information (selection or room rates) based on "location" (zip code, GPS position, or physical address from the App. This is the only reason I downloaded it. Please fix!
