The mirror was a Christmas gift for my Wife. Arrived on time, bit of an issue with bulbs but Kirsty was extremely helpful in resolving the problem. My Wife is very happy with mirror.

I am terribly sorry to hear your item did not arrive in time, I have checked the tracking and I can see Ukmail did try to deliver this item on the Monday and the Tuesday but the driver marked this as 'no one in' I am extremely sorry if this is not the case.

You have mentioned that you have sent over some emails to customer service however when I search using the email you have left in your order nothing comes up, perhaps your emails were sent to the wrong email address?

Our site is 100% safe, I have spoken with you this morning and I am waiting to hear back from the courier to let me know when your item will be delivered.

As per my email the delay has come from no one being at the property when delivery was attempted.
