Thank you for taking the time for your review. We are really sorry to see the inconvenience you experienced and are doing our investigation in this regard. The holidays as always have a non-refundable deposit however we try to do our best to ensure the customer gets some sort of a refund which is not always possible. We are looking into this and will be in touch soon.
