Only problem we had was trying to pay the balance by phone, it took many attempts to get through as line (s) were busy. Frustrating when you work full time. Otherwise great service as always.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry it took a couple of attempts to get through to us to pay your balance. Unfortunately sometimes it's very busy during the day, but we are here until 9pm at night Mon - Thurs and the phones tend to be a little quieter then. I am glad that you managed to get through in the end and I hope that you have a wonderful holiday.

Thank you for your feedback. The charge to pay with a credit card is 1% of the payment. Unfortunately, the bank charges us 2% on all credit card transactions and rather than passing on the full 2%, we opt to split this 50/50 with customers. You are, of course, always able to pay using a debit card at no charge at all.
Helpful Holidays is based in the West Country, with 600 high quality, inspected, self-catering holiday homes across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. They range from coastal cottages to country houses and many accept pets.
