Unfortunately we cannot at this time immediately confirm a booking as it is sometimes necessary for us to make checks with an owner as to whether they will accept a pet, or other non standard options, for example unusual changeover days, or shorter breaks. This we find offers the greatest level of flexibility to our homeowners and the greatest choice to our holidaymakers, rather than to simply standardise our portfolio. Our website offers live availability. Where a property is shown as available, and providing there are no exceptional circumstances such as those detailed above, then it is highly unlikely that a booking would be refused by the homeowner. In the unlikely event of this happening we will inform you prior to accepting your payment, and do all we can to help find you a possible alternative. I hope that helps assure you that you can make your future reservations with confidence, and I hope that you have a good holiday.
