Hello Mrs Bridger Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent holiday. I was sorry to hear your transfer did not arrive in Chiang Mai and appreciate this was not a great start to your holiday. It was good to read you were refunded for your taxi charge in resort but not the telephone charges. I am sorry but it does not appear that Hayes & Jarvis received your email and if you could please send our customer relations department a copy of the bill showing the charges incurred they can arrange a further refund for you. Other than above we had a good experience.
All was fine only real criticism was the hotel Banue it was cold doors and windows open no heating outside temp at night 16 degree’s, food not very good and expensive, never needed two nights there...
