Have to chase no updates given, three different members of staff dealt with the policy.
To start with I ended up in the wrong department and was not transferred

Thank you for your review. I understand that you initially dealt with a different team within Haven Knox-Johnston before eventually being transferred to the commercial team. Having gone through the fact find process with us, it does take a couple of days to undertake a thorough review of which insurer is offering the best option, or indeed quoting at all. As we are an insurance broker, we don't always know what additional questions the insurers are going to come back to us with which might then delay the process but ultimately, the option that you went ahead with was the best for your insurance needs.

No nonsense insurance broking
Perfectly straight forward and no hidden agenda. Will use them again. We renewed a policy we have had with them for some years.

Relatively painless process.
Easy to get our club insurance sorted. First time as secretary so I hadn't really a clue what we needed. Good communication from HKJ and talked through our otions. As a bonus it was cheaper than last...
