Getting control of this with every training session
Ian takes the time to explain things in a very simple, layman's terms. I feel that I am getting more in control of this program with every training session.

We accomplished a lot but feel that if Ian slowed down and got a better grasp of what we do and asked a few more questions in the beginning it would have had a better and smoother process.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I do feel overwhelmed by GR but ultimately it is because it is so powerful and customizable. The learning curve on it is quite stiff but I can handle it
