We are sorry to see you are unhappy with the delivery service you received. We can see from your order that there was no delivery charge as the order value was greater than £100. We do state on our delivery information page that we use a courier for Standard delivery. The courier's service is for delivery to the nearest accessible curb side next to your property. The delivery is a one man service. It is at the drivers discretion if they will carry the item(s) any further than the curb side. Most drivers are happy to help you with the items, but we cannot guarantee this. Help may be required to unload larger items.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.

Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced with your delivery. We agree that the wording of this section is confusing so we are in the process of re wording. The wording was accurate for our older ranges however we have recently started selling some new lines that are much heavier. This section of our delivery information page was missed when we updated the listings.
We can see the delivery was carried out using our own delivery service. They were supposed to contact you prior to the delivery date to confirm you would be available, as delivering to an empty property would be a waste of time and money.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
