The SBK Garage is a new addition for the WorldSBK and is a more casual, relaxed form of hospitality compared to the more traditional experience in Pit Lounge, which sold out earlier in the year, and this would perhaps be more suited to your requirements for the future. With the grandstand, rather than being free to the public, access to the Goddards stand was for hospitality guests only as this was included in your package. I can see that a circuit map with the unit details was sent with your tickets so we are sorry to hear that you had some difficulty locating the hospitality. Dear Mr Clark We are really pleased to hear that you enjoyed the British Grand Prix weekend however we were disappointed to hear your comments about the Gary Anderson event and to award one star for service. We have tried to contact you via email and telephone to discuss your comments but have not heard back from you. All of the feedback from customers who attended the Gary Anderson event has been extremely positive and we were not made aware of any issues by any guests on the evening. If you'd spoken to a member of the team on the evening, we would have been able to address your concerns. The Gary Anderson event was not a paid event, it was complimentary for all Grandstand Motor Sports who were staying with us for the British Grand Prix weekend in Stratford.
