I thought that you was good and quick but i was not so happy that i had to pay separately for me and my wifes luggage as i have never had to do that before that is the only negative

Flight booking
It was easy to book online but the only thing that surprised me was I had to pay an additional fee for my baggage which wasn’t shown on the initial advertised price

Transparency and inconsistency in pricing
The flight was a no luggage flight and the information was hidden.
Also, i was quoted two different prices to add luggage for the same flight
