A bit apprehensive at the beginning, first time using the service all good. My bank in Spain did charge 0.4% for using SWIFT transfer so ask your bank before the transfer if SEPA is cheaper or zero...

I can understand how frustrating it might have been incurring such fee from your bank. We would advise clients check in with their bank beforehand as it is not something we would be aware of before making the transaction as this can vary depending on the bank. As per you comment above, if you do use our services again I would definitely advise you request for your payment to be sent out as SEPA instead. This is an option we have for our clients, if needed.
