The only thing I was disappointed about is that, as the shirt is a birthday gift, it was not sent in a Bortex bag so when wrapped up, it could have gone in the bag where I bought it from. Otherwise,...

An excellent service, both when I phoned as well as the salesperson. Would suggest cash refunds as per consumer law in case of returns, and more details regarding sizes on website.
