Dear Customer. Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are not happy with the product. The model supplied is from the same manufacturer i.e. Omron as the model you originally ordered. In fact, it is from the same series of models and one of their most successfully selling models. It is used in many GP Practices as well as the patients in their homes. The model you ordered is now discontinued by the manufacturer and is not in our control. It is a very unfortunate coincidence but due to technological advancements it happens that a particular model gets discontinued. We did not show this item as in our stock when you ordered. We phoned without any delay and offered you a instant refund so you can buy it from elsewhere if at all available. We offered a instant refund since there were no goods sent out yet and thus had no long procedure to follow. You must have also checked it's non - availability before and/or after the order and opted for a different model instead. Your order was amended by us as you desired and a copy emailed to you. The model chosen as an alternative is costlier but as a goodwill gesture it was offered to you at the same price. The delivery was also made a day earlier than your originally chosen delivery date and managed all this without adding extra time..
