I would like to thank Rupa for picking this up and taking the time to call me. On discussing the issue she was able to confirm that there should not have been a charge for the date change, given that it was an airline cancellation. Flysharp have refunded the payment and I was very happy with the follow up. Based on the recovery of the situation, I certainly would consider using Flysharp in the future. Just a shame that this was not done at the time, it would have been a five star review. Stress level’s normalised!
