I had to ring up and get a member of the warehouse staff to find out the dimensions of the kit, but surely this information should be on the website?
That said the flusher and inlet are now fitted...
Customer service agent was very helpful however, considering I only purchased this item a little over 2 years ago I feel that £17 plus including p+p absolutely disgusting to valve.

Ordered this kit after speaking with an advisor on the phone the fill valve was the fixed type which turned out to be the wrong one as it did not fill the cistern adequately even after adjusting it...
Very disappointed with FlushKING so far and can’t recommend them. Prompt delivery but dual flush unit diaphragm action proved unreliable and water entering cistern went down pan without flushing. ...
Don't deal with this company. Paid for next day delivery and after 4 days still no goods arrived. Had to chase them up everyday. Delivery finally arrived after waiting a week but they sent the wrong...

Thnk you for your feedback, by checking your order i can see that as you hadn't recieved the goods on Next Day delivery, we refunded your shipping in full. The correct goods were also then shipped out to you as soon as the error was highlighted.
