While I haven't actually used my tickets yet, and - barring any ticketing misfortunes at the airport - FlightHub's website was easy to navigate, straightforward, and made purchasing the tickets...
I received bad news and had to cancel my flight an hour after I booked. It was 100% non-refundable.... Companies usually give a 24h to change or cancel the fligths with minimum fees.
