We're sorry that you didn't find our rates satisfactory, we do ask that all customers ensure they are happy with the terms before signing the agreement, these are given at quote and also on all documentation.
We also monitor rates regularly in order to make them as competitive as possible but please bear in mind that they are based on individual circumstances.
