예약의 무료취소는 가능하지만 무조건 예약변경이 하용되진 않아요
무료취소가 가능한 것은 맞으나 예약변경가능의 의미가 고객에게 오해를 불러일으킬수 있음.
나의 예약건에 대해 조건변경이 가능한게 아니라 변경시점에서 호텔이 변경을 수용해야만 변경이 완료되는 제한적 조건부 변경조건임(실제 경험있음)
변경의 의미를 예약화면에서 자세히 설명해줬으면 함

다른 회사처럼 최저가 서비스를 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 최저가가 아니라면 더 내는 금액만큼 편리한 서비스를 제공하셨으면 좋겠습니다. (여행지에서 추천하는 맛집이나 명소를 이메일로 보내주신다던지)

Very helpful and responsible staff.
The staff was very kind and helpful. He was very responsible to meet my needs and make booking for me, even doing special asking service to get me assigned the same room for the split reservations.
