The booking system is user friendly. However, both family and give names are required but somehow some names do not carry family name like Indonesian.

I’m not satisfied with the booking of a hotel which was rated 9.6 which is quite misleading as there is lack of information shown.

Many hotels provided, but too less information on each hotel. The search criteria are not sufficient and not flexible enough.
