Price jumped tremendously the night before checkin
Stop changing quoted rates at the last minute. I looked on the app to get the address of my hotel, and noticed that my price jumped almost $50 from what it was when I booked. Awful. Dishonest.

System failure
Unfortunately for me when ai tried to book a lower rate for my flight the system was down and ask to me keep trying. When the system came back up my flight increased $40.
