Thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback, it really helps us improve our service!

I'm sorry we were slow this year, we've grown quite a bit more than we expected so we've been a little stretched.

In the past 3 months, 16 new full-time team members have joined us and we've got another 11 starting before the next tax season begins.
