NO service
In my case the Cover was completly useless,as it didn't do anything but want to drop us in a Garage on the side of the motorway
Our car was running, but fault code was appering.

po ferries in conjunction with rac deem to offer special joint price for european breakdown starting at£5.70 per day as a member and frequent user of this service it seemed a reasonable expectation of a good deal on application a 13% price increase prior to 5% discount was applied since last months trip cost in fact price the best offer 5.70 seems to be adjusted to 8.00 since it is clearly an implied value offer how can this be not perceived as at best misleading i have never called you out nor since journey 40 miles do not expect to this is purely peace of mind need ,the integrity of the offer obvious apart from " FROM" this advert must be seen to be buyer beware intended to mislead very displeased this dubious practice despite "from"get out needs to be stopped m thomson

I'm now with the car.
Your direct team have been helpful and empathetic and proactive.
Some more feedback:
As the owner of a service buisness I look at other businesses..
2 ways your service can be greatly improved.
1. Supply chain review.
On the 18th of December I was told i would not receive the car until the 27th! 9 days to recover a vehicle 300km!?!
This is Austria and I would expect that level of efficiency if I had broke down in Mongolia or Uzbekistan!
I can't believe every tow truck in a country of 8.5 million people were unavailable.. That is a major problem in your supply chain and effects your service massively.
2. Sack your Austrian Agent and find someone who cares about what they do and the service they provide..
