Not cheap for what you get
Slow to deliver and the box was not blank it was marked with Engravers Guild and I asked for blank

Thank you for your reveiw. Looking into your order, we can see that this was placed on 8th May and the standard 3-5 working day delivery option selected. The parcel was delivered on 14th May, within the timeframe you selected. For future orders, we do also offer express 2 working day and next working day delivery options, should you need faster delivery. We're very sorry if the wooden box wasn't as expected. Our boxes are branded with our logo and you can then choose to add a further engraving to personalise them if you wish.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate all feedback. We're sorry to hear that the lighter didn't meet your expectations. This is a standard branded Clipper lighter that we then add an engraving to. If there is an issue with the personalisation though, we would be happy to arrange a replacement lighter for you, we just ask that you share a photo of the problem with our customer services team.
