Unclear deposit terms
Unfortunately on this occasion EasyJet are getting one star, despite having booked and travelled with them many times. I booked but then cancelled a holiday with them giving more than 28 days notice...

Bad prices
I found it very hard work the price was £1500 then £200 discount making it £1300 then it kept jumping to £1800 which was not very nice and very annoying
