Easy Animal's website is easy to use. The car seat was delivered quickly. It was relatively straightforward to put together and is really sturdy and comfortable.
Very poor communication, no response to calls or emails. Phone not answered. No message facility. When I did get through they could not find my order or confirm any details. Shambolic.

Apologies if you feel you weren't given a great experience but once an item has left us all the updates are from our courier direct to you not through ourselves. I know I spoke to you briefly but I was courteous and helpful and its good that you got your product and seem delighted with it.

When a customer complains about a genuine issue about their product to take action to get this solved , not just palm them off that this is normal after one dog has gone up the ramp.

Thank you for your review on this item as advised previously this is how the product has been designed to be used. This ramp has replaceable treads and they will mark and scratch which is perfectly normal and acceptable.
This will not affect the performance of the product for a few years when you purchase a replacement set of treads and easily stick them on. Its good that you seem to think its a great product and hope you enjoy using this really useful ramp.
Item arrived as expected well packed . The ramp nice and light but very sturdy for my German shepperd. I use in to get into back seat instead of boot. Dog just needs a little encouragement to use it...
