Thank you for your feedback. We feel that we offer a better level of service by ensuring that the same travel consultant speaks to the customer throughout the enquiry - there's nothing worse than having to repeat yourself to different people every time you call a company!
As our team spend a lot of time on the phone they aren't always available to speak immediately - our current solution is to call customers back so that you don't have to wait on hold in a queue to speak to us. We review all of our processes and service levels, so we will bear your comments about the current system in mind.
