I've spoken to the member of staff in question and understand that you were put on hold whilst they asked a colleague a question about your booking. We have a lot of people in the office so it's possible you overheard a different conversation taking place!
I'm sorry you feel you waited too long - some people prefer to wait on the phone, others prefer for us to end the call and for us to call back when we have an answer - perhaps the choice should have been offered to you - I'll discuss that with the team.
Nevertheless I trust that Kay has booked you a fantastic cruise and hope you have a great time!
