I ordered flooring online, then realised I was near store next day. Went in, got the right flooring and was given an immediate refund. Excellent service in store.
Delay after delay. Had to constantly chase for updates and was told it was coming on X date for that date to pass and be told a date even further. Couldn’t give any concrete information and blamed...

Hi,
I would like to start out by saying delays on the suppliers end are outwith our control, as we have to wait on the stock being produced before being shipped overseas, due to the surge in orders we have received this year just due to lock down, wait times have increased for the products in demand, Which was the case with the Harbour Oak Grey at the time of your purchase. Dates passed onto yourself would have been relevant at the time but are always subject to change, as we always explain. Stock is not live on our website as clearly posted in the terms and conditions, which have to be read and understood prior to placing your order.
The order is placed and we are in contact as soon as possible to inform you of the options at present, these are always;- wait on the order (pre-order)
-swap for an alternative that is available immediately/sooner
-a refund, where the above two options are not suitable.
After agreeing to wait, you then contacted us on the 29th of October to advise this was no longer suitable. We cancelled and refunded the order the same day.

Excellent service from the London Rd shop in glasgow.
Had to get flooring on short notice and the gentlemen in the shop were amazing over the phone and we sorted it within the day!

Hi, we have made numerous attempts to call you outwith your working hours, the last being the 29th of September after 12pm as requested. The call wrung out and we did not receive a call back despite us leaving a message.
I would like to point out that we did not send the wrong flooring, as you ordered the Trend Oak Grey which is what was received. From our email correspondence it looks as though you have received a sample from another company before ordering the flooring from ourselves.

Always contactable, helpful staff who can always reach by phone. The DWF showroom service was excellent. One of the best services I have experienced.

I received a phone call a day or two after to inform me that item would be two to three weeks...

We aim to give our customers the best update that we can as soon as possible (the Harbour Oak that you had ordered, we faced issues with on the suppliers end, and were out of stock all the way from September through to late November), regardless, I am glad to hear that you received your flooring, and thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
