Due to the fact that your address is within the UK, we cannot send return labels via FedEx.With our UK clients, we usually ask them to return the ring at their own cost, and we could issue a refund on the postage amount, once the ring is with us.
Please accept our apology about the misunderstanding and please rest assured that we will of course refund you the postage once we received your ring as per our promise.
