Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologise for the perceived lapse in our service. The receipt was generated on 01 July and we regret that you appear not to have received this. We have requested a duplicate to be sent today. We have no record of any call on hold for 1hr 30mins and we can only assume that this was a system error for which we apologise. That said we do request that any payments over £100 should be made online as we are aware that our lines are experiencing continued high call volumes.
