Whilst the price was good and the sales staff were somewhat friendly and helpful, they failed to advise on certain matters which resulted in extra unnecessary charges.

Bit of a con. Flight ticket type does not include hold baggage.
Be transparent about the ticket type you are booking so that your customers can understand there may be additional charges to pay
