We are sorry that you did not realise what flight had been selected by you when booking online. The airline has fare rules for tickets and yours did not permit change. Unfortunately, you cannot compare the flexibility offered if booking directly and for the reasons they allow. Our customer service are available on chat and telephone calls as well as email. We will ensure they have responded to any communication from you.

If you need to make any changes you are told you have to email it.
The airline would change the dates but I was told by YOUR customer service team that it was not YOUR policy to do so!
But your google reviews speak for themselves and clearly a company not interested in embracing feedback from customers.
I would never book through you again so luckily wont be a problem for me in the future.

Made contact with Destination2 at 16:30 and by 16:55 our family hoilday 11 members for christmas was all booked. Fast efficient service was received from Matt.
