Hi Ben, I am sorry to hear you think we only deserve 1-star. We always use the most reputable delivery companies to reduce the risk of this happening (usually Parcelforce and Royal Mail) but I hope you understand that occasionally things do get lost in the postal system and these issues are out of our control. I have been told you were refunded in full and I apologise completely for any inconvenience caused by the couriers mistake.
Customer service was okay. Delivery not so much. They said they called but no missed call in logs, rang to split the order and still didn't send. Had to ring more times then necessary. Over a week...

Hi Brendan, sorry to hear you have had issues with your order. I do remember calling you a couple of times as when we checked the items for despatch we noticed the 552 sight was faulty (and it was the last one we had in stock) but there was no answer. Rather than just refund the scope and resend the rest we wanted to check with you to confirm this was ok first. I am sorry this process has taken longer than normal but sometimes cannot be helped if a product is faulty. I hope everything else was ok with your order and the refund has gone through promptly.
