I cancelled my policy because my trip was cancelled and I requested a refund for the policy. But a month later I still haven’t heard back from covermore.

Insensitive and unhelpful

Poor communication
Poor communication. Emailed the over a week ago, and no response. 1hr on hold, and unable to speak to a person.
