Thank you for sharing your experience. We do have to take into account the depreciation of items when calculating the claim. Please accept our apologies for not replying though, we will improve these processes in future.

Good but sloppy handling
We had two parts of our claim: change due to illness and a cancelled flight. Only the second part was paid but once we contacted them the first part was also paid. Good coverage but sloppy claims...
