We are sorry that you were unhappy with the service you received from the staff in our stores. We try to allow our customers to browse at their leisure but our staff are always on hand to offer assistance whenever it is needed.

They could have been more honest about upcoming reductions in price that would have saved us £800.00. We have been left feeling cheated and that overshadows any of the service we received.
