We are sorry that you have submitted a negative experience.
Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be arranged until funds have been cleared on a customers account. Alternative methods of payment e.g. Card or Cash should have been offered to you as this allows us to arrange delivery at the time of taking payment.
Your wall unit may have been dismantled in store to ensure that we did not encounter problems with access in to the room at the point of delivery. We are sorry that you requested for the item to remain assembled and we did not fullfil your request.
We are sure that you will be happy with the quality of your furniture and we do hope that this experience will not deter you from shopping with us again in the future.
