Dissapointed with delivery charge and salesman had limited knowledge of product.
Would suggest that is not his fault but companies for not providing adequate training.
the leaf for the table is a different colour but Cousins were no help at all and customer services never bothered replying to our email of concern. Will never shop there again and warn all friends...

We are sorry that your bed was not delivered with the gliders as requested. I can confirm that we had ordered your bed correctly from our supplier (Harrison Beds) but they had processed the order as standard, with castors. We understand that this was resolved with an exchange of the castors/ gliders on the day of delivery. If this is not the case, please do not hesitate to contact your salesperson direct for assistance. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
