product arrived with the promised telephone call, easy to order, price ok, but delivered product very poor condition...coals2u after couple of emails and phone calls investigated and a compromise...

As anthracite is a natural product we don't have as much control as we'd like over the quality, though we always work hard to ensure that the products we source are the best possible. Great company but I had requested a phone call the day before delivery which would've been nice or even just a dispatch e-mail so I can ensure someone is around for the delivery.

To qualify as a smokeless product, the product must produce less than 5 grams of smoke per hour. Smokeless fire logs do comply with these regulations. total confusion over delivery dates on most recent order and the previous one. received numerous phone calls with delivery date but after waiting in no delivery. the I have to ring up to sort it out!.
