Driver remembered my house and where I like to put the coal. Delivered it while I was out without a fuss and put it away neatly in the right place. Fantastic!
Driver turned up refused to deliver because of over hanging branches and took the load away. I rang to inform them; heard nothing since still waiting for delivery. Previous order; after waiting well...

I can see that we did attempt the delivery as in your previous feedback, but unfortunately the vehicle that was sent was unable to gain access to complete the delivery. Delivery men are always very helpfull, will put coal directly into bunker.

Almost perfect but took longer than anticipated to arrive. Also no notification of delivery etc.
