Thank you for your review of one of our apartments at Clarendon Gardens, Kew. As per our T's & C's housekeeping is only offered for stays of 7 nights or more hence why you didn't get your apartment cleaned. Also any rubbish has to be taken to the bin store outside by the guests. All this information is in the Welcome Tablet provided in the apartment. I'm sorry if you found the shower not to be of an acceptable standard, we will look into this for future guests. We're sorry that you didn't find the cleaning of your apartment to be satisfactory; had we known we would have checked this out. With regards to the dish-washer tablets they are meant to be refilled once a week by the house-keeping team and if this didn't happen, once again had we known, we would have dropped some off to you. The only emails we have on record were to do with your internet which was resolved so I am sorry once again that we did not receive any issues from you directly. In the apartment there is a 'welcome tablet' where you sign in with your email address, here there are telephone numbers and emails for our Guest Services Team who would have been more than happy to have helped you out. All in all, there seemed to be a miscommunication somewhere along the way and we're truly sorry this happened as we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service to our guests and we would always welcome the opportunity to put things right for our guests. Thank you for your review of one of our apartments in Masthead House, Docklands. I'm sorry there were a couple of things not satisfactory, had we known about the blocked toilet we would have sent out a plumber to fix it for you. If you stay with us again you can contact our guest services by email or phone all details in the 'Welcome Tablet' you log into which is in your apartment. With regards to housekeeping, only stays of 7 nights or more benefit from the weekly cleaning service as per our terms and conditions of business.
