Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding the service that you received. We take all feedback very seriously. I have reviewed your file and note that you instructed CTS on 29.10.14 and an admission of liability was received on 11.12.14 which is within the time period the Defendant had to respond to your claim. The Defendant also make you an offer to settle your claim at that stage, which you rejected in favour of obtaining medical evidence. The medical report was received in March 2015 and an offer which you wished to accept was made several weeks later. I cannot see any evidence on your file of delay or poor conduct but do thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Thank you for instructing CTS, we wish you all the best for the future.
