Shipping has issues and no one offered me to cancel the order nor updating regarding issues. I had to find out myself by contacting customer support.

Hey There, 💖 Thank you so much for getting in touch and for bringing this issue to our attention. We have investigated the situation and can only offer our apologies for the shipping delays. Unfortunately one of our international couriers has had extended delays due to COVID-19 and they refused to take the parcel. Our team got in touch with other couriers as quick as they could to arrange for the delivery with as little delay as possible. Unfortunately all international shipments are taking longer than expected because of the ongoing effects of COVID-19, so we can only apologies on the couriers behalf. We have gone ahead and refunded your shipping cost as we understand it has taken longer then desired.
