Our Sales Manager has taken a look into this and can see that the number Ian provided was 0333 321 1403 which is the correct number. We haven't had any issues with our phones being down so it may have been a network issue as even if our lines are busy, callers are put in a queue.
We can see that you arranged for Ian to call you back but he mentioned that the number was not connecting.
