Thanks for the review. Apologies you had difficulty in speaking to an adviser, as we have a policy where calls are returned within the hour. It appears we had taken an incorrect number for you so apologies and glad things got sorted promptly when we spoke to you.
Excellent yet again, email reminders for my renewal with just the correct information and at the right time. Requested a call back and this was done at the time. Great team.

From phoning up to having the required insurance took minutes, and the people where very friendly, polite and genuine with no sales pressure to upgrade to higher cover.
