The contents were partly crushed and had been picked incorrectly. I.e. the order was made up with a different size foil case . Very disappointed

The pots arrived promptly you lost a star because some of the pots had been damages in transit, possibly someone had kicked or dropped the box, it would have benefited from sturdier packing.

used this company for a few years for cake boxes for my bakery, the price of them now is ridiculous.

Unfortunately we have suffered price increases a lot over the past couple of years and although we have swallowed a lot of them so it didn't affect our customers. I'm afraid we can only ignore them for so long before having to raise ours a little, it's a tough market out there at the moment for us all.
