Thank you for the feedback and i'm sorry to hear that you had some negative issues with the deal itself and the speed at which it was completed.
Your comments have been passed on to the sales person in question and their team leader for further analysis. The process usually takes a week to sort out but obviously your expectations weren't managed correctly as they should have been.
