Thank you for your lovely feedback regarding our products! :) Regarding the time frames with your order I have looked into this and can see that it was placed on the 30th and we shipped the next day for you on the 31st. As your parcel was an International Shipment to Ireland this does take 5-7 days minimum and depending on customs checks in the receiving country - we aren't able to control the timescales on this. We do try to ship as quickly as possible our end bearing in mind that all our hampers are hand built and designed to order. We appreciate your custom and hope to see you again soon in our online boutique. We have lots of lovely new products going live all the time! :)
