I am currently waiting for your "management" to get back to me on my policy. I have no ideas for your company. But for a start, you could probably let customers know of any hidden charges. Instead of misleading your customers and suddenly include an additional charge.

I have cancelled my insurance policy with you guys even before beginning. Horrible experience. Your staff Helen needs to be trained properly or you will continue losing more customers. 10 minutes turns out to be more than 5 hours with me constantly calling the hotline to check for updates. Mentioned to me that it is very easy no charges and all but added the charge in towards the end of the conversation. I would seriously urge others to reconsider due to their inefficiency. Should it be a claim, will the process take a year or two?

Changing my rating as I finally understood the additional "charges". Miscommunication from the first staff. It wasn't a charge but an increase in the premium due to the changes.

I bought my car insurance through Helen. She was great, patient to explain the policy in detail to me. Clear in her explanation. Very professional in handling my case. Thank you.
